10.) BMW
Score: 77.8%


Bayerische Motoren Werke(BMW) is the German autoobile motorcycle and engine manufacturing company founded in 1917. It was founded on 21 July 1917 by Franz Josef Popp. BMW was established as a business entity following a restructuring of the Rapp Motorenwerke aircraft manufacturing firm in 1917. After the end of World War I in 1918.
It's a worrying result for BMW this year - it has dropped three places in the overall customer satisfaction rankings, meaning it falls behind the two German premium brands it leads in the sales stakes, Mercedes and Audi.

9.) Volvo

Score: 77.9%

Volvo is a Swedish builder of heavy equipments, including trucks, buses and construction equipment. Volvo also supplies marine and industrial drive systems, aerospace components and financial services. 
Volvo retains its ninth place from last year's JD Power Vehicle Ownership Satisfaction Survey, with continued impressive customer service that still hits the spot with customers.


8.) Volkswagen

Score: 78.1%

Volkswagen (abbreviated VW) is a German automobile manufacturer and the original and biggest-selling marque of the Volkswagen Group, which now also owns the Audi. It was founded on 28th May 1937 by Ferdinand Porsche
Volkswagen is slowly climbing the customer satisfaction rankings, with JD Power this year scoring it eighth most satisfying brand. It has improved two places in 2012 compared to last year.


7.) Audi

Score: 78.6%

Audi  is a German automobile manufacturer, from supermini to crossover SUVs in various body styles and price ranges that are marketed under the Audi brand. It was founded on 16th July 1909 by August Horch

Audi just pips its owners Volkswagen in the 2012 Vehicle Ownership Satisfaction Survey, but VW is catching up: Audi improved one position in the rankings this year - VW improved two...


6.) Toyota

Score: 79.3%

Toyota Motor Corporation(TMC) is a multinational automaker headquartered in Toyota, Aichi, Japan. it was founded on August 28, 1937 by Kiichiro Toyoda
Toyota can't quite match its premium sibling Lexus but it's still managed to improve four places this year, perhaps because of its excellent customer-focused response to big vehicle recall events of the past few years.


5.) Mercedes-Benz

Score: 79.4%

Mercedes-Benz  is a multinational division of the German manufacturer Daimler AG, and the brand is used for automobiles, buses, coaches, and trucks. It was founded in 1886 by Karl Benz & Gottlieb Daimler

Mercedes is the first German premium brand in the Vehicle Ownership Satisfaction Survey top 10 - which means it gets one over premium arch-rivals Audi and BMW, further bolstered by a jump of one place in the overall rankings.


4.) Honda

Score: 79.7%

Honda Motor Company, Ltd is a Japanese public multinational corporation primarily known as a manufacturer of automobiles and motorcycles. It was founded on 24 September 1948 by Soichiro Honda & Takeo Fujisawa
Honda may have fallen two places this year but it is still the best-preforming mainstream Japanese brand, with an overall score of 79.7 per cent in the 2012 Vehicle Ownership Satisfaction Survey.


2.) Skoda
Score: 80.1% 



Škoda Auto is a  is an automobile manufacturer based in the Czech Republic. Škoda became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Volkswagen Group in 2000. It was founded on in 1895 by Václav Laurin and Václav Klement
Skoda is a value brand but it does not stint on customer service. It has jumped another place this year, to score joint second with perennial satisfaction masters Lexus - a superb achievement by the VW Group brand.


2.) Lexus

Score: 80.1%

Lexus is the luxury vehicle division of Japanese automaker Toyota Motor Corporation. First introduced in 1989 in the United States. It was founded in 1989 by Eiji Toyoda
Lexus has lost top slot in the JD Power UK Vehicle Ownership Satisfaction Survey after a staggering reign of 11 years at the top. It shares second place with Skoda but still offers an excellent level of overall customer service.


1.) Jaguar

Score: 82.8% 

Jaguar Cars Ltd, known simply as Jaguar is a British luxury and sports car manufacturer, headquartered in Whitley, Coventry, England. It is founded on 11th September 1922 by Sir William Lyons and William Walmsley.
Jaguar has jumped two places to top the customer satisfaction this year. JD Power reports excellent scores across the board, from clean and comfortable dealers to the helpful staff within then.
